Be very careful with street food since there is much junk around and it's not worth to spend some days of your holiday in the hospital. The situation is very similar to Myanmar where they also haven't got the right idea for hygienic.In Thailand they already are further although there are problems but that's probably the price to pay when traveling in exotic countries.
